Transfer of the stall fee for each market is required within 7 days of receiving your acceptance. In the event of cancellation, we are able to refund 75% of the full fee back to you if 7 days notice is given prior to each event. The other 25% deposit is non-refundable as it covers our admin costs for running the event.  *

The costs are $120 per market for a retail vendor. The sites are 3x3m.You may purchase two sites for a double stand at a discounted price of $200. A Food / Drink Vendor site is $150. The size allocated is as per your truck. Prices are inclusive of GST. *

We will send out the site map and bump in schedule 1 week before each market. We endeavor to allocate sites fairly based on stallholder needs. Please include requests for placement via email ASAP if you haven’t not already done so in your application form. These will always be considered, however we cannot guarantee that all requests will be filled. Once allocated, stall sites are final.  *

Markets By The Bay reserves the right to suspend from trading or terminate stall holders without notice in the event of gross misconduct, market disruption or inappropriate behaviour. Any slander against Markets By The Bay or damaging comments made to third party businesses or individuals will result in immediate termination. *

In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather you will receive a credit for the full market fee for our next event. If you are unable to attend following markets you will receive a 75% refund of the stall fee. If the market goes ahead in uncertain weather, you accept any liability by continuing to set up. *

By accepting our terms you hereby agree to release Markets By The Bay from all claims for loss or damage arising in connection or relation to our events in 2025. *
